About Us
Simple objective summary
Chocolate Inclusion provides end-to-end consultancy, assistive device design, and workflow optimisation services that enable inclusive, high-performance workplaces.
We support organisations in redesigning tasks, integrating low-complexity assistive tools, and standardising processes so that Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) can perform effectively in industrial, vocational, and structured work environments.
To empower Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) through meaningful work, thoughtful design, and accessible tools.
We bridge the gap between ability and opportunity by creating assistive solutions that are practical, affordable, and deeply person-centred.
A future where every person -regardless of ability- can participate, contribute, and thrive in society with confidence and dignity.
We envision a world where inclusive workplaces are the norm, not the exception, and where everyday design considers everybody.
Our Approach
At Chocolate Inclusion, we combine consultation, creativity, and collaboration to support disability inclusion from the ground up.
- We work alongside educators, employers, therapists, and caregivers to understand real-world challenges faced by PWDs.
- We co-create assistive tools that are simple but effective, from job-specific task aids to everyday functional tools, using 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
- We provide end-to-end consultation on inclusive hiring, job redesign, and PWD training, supporting businesses and schools in building accessible, sustainable environments.
- We train and employ Persons with Disabilities across every stage of our work- from design and production to workshops, packaging, and delivery.
Every solution we offer is guided by a belief in resourcefulness, respect, and possibility.
Our Commitment
We are committed to creating solutions that are:
- Simple and Affordable
- Highly customisable
- Rapidly deployable
- Scalable across industries and schools
Through inclusive design and system-level thinking, we help organisations become
more productive, more equitable, and future-ready.
Our Story
Chocolate Inclusion began in the classroom – not the boardroom.
Our founder, Vincent Koh Chaik Chuan, spent over a decade working with students with disabilities at APSN, first as a pastry trainer and later as a job coach. Through daily teaching and workplace support, he observed a recurring truth: small, inexpensive tools could significantly transform how a person worked, learned, or lived. From redesigned scooping tools to planting aids, the right device often unlocked confidence, independence, and pride. These experiences led to the creation of Chocolate Inclusion—a social enterprise rooted in practical innovation and human connection. What began as hand-moulded prototypes has grown into an ecosystem of inclusive design, employment, and advocacy.
We remain grounded in a simple belief: inclusion is not charity—it is creativity, care, and collaboration in action.
